This version is a roll up of several fixes and improvements:
- fix unhandled session expiry
- fix edge-to-edge; hiding text box behind keyboard
- ability to disable default db province
- chalk buzzing only when nothing valid
- addresses UI/UX layout for newer SDKs
- added auto-chalk reset (default: 1000 meters = 3250 feet)
- updated Zebra print driver
