License Plate Recognition is going to be a driving force for the parking industry in the years to come, but there is a right way and a wrong way to use the technology. I’m ok with issuing people parking tickets for illegally parking, but if you plan on making that fee as punitive as possible, you better be ready to defend yourself…even in court.
