Multiple clients have asked about having a way to make the Auto Chalk feature only chalk plates that are scanned, rather than typed in.
“Yes, we use plate scans to gauge activity. We need metrics on how many plate scans officers are doing on their shifts (as opposed to tickets written). We do not want this to include manual queries, which are done for other purposes.”
