:sun: Heatwave of Updates! (Our June Releases Are Sizzling Right Out of the Gate! :fire:)

We’ve been turning up the heat on development this month! There are so many fresh updates to the platform that we had to give these mobile and user-side upgrades their very own spotlight.

:sparkles: New & Improved

  • Authorize Checkout Upgrade: The new Authorize Checkout version is now available.

  • Permit Renewal Payment Logging: Failed permit renewal payment emails now appear in the user’s Recent History log.

  • IONIC VIN Visibility Toggle: A new setting allows administrators to show or hide the VIN field on the user side.

:sparkles: Wishlist Items

  • Bulk Email Filters: You asked, we listened! You can now filter your bulk emails by User Type or Locker Type. Learn more

  • Permit Renewal Status Controls: Updates to Permit Renewal Status allow you to toggle off the view from users and include clear new tooltips. Learn more

  • Mandatory Student Addresses & Maps: A mandatory address setting for students and Google Map links to addresses have been successfully implemented. Learn more

  • Incident Search Banner: A helpful notice banner has been added directly to the incidents search page results. Learn more

  • Incident Distribution Adjustments: Additional back-end improvements have been made to incident distribution based on your requests.

  • LPR Events Log Update: The LPR Events Capture Log now features a dedicated device name column.

  • Lot Values API: A new Lot Values API has been created to allow clients to ingest this information into their own data dashboards or third-party reporting tools. Learn more

  • Push API Enhancement: The Push API has been updated to accept promoCode as an input for promotional and discount codes. Learn more

  • IONIC Login Page Translation: Fulfilled the request for the translation of “or” on the user login page.

:bug: Bug Fixes

  • Admin Password Reset: Fixed a bug that was preventing administrators from using the “Forgot my Password” feature.

  • Dashboard Time Zones: Corrected a dashboard display issue related to localized time zones.

  • Payment History Logging: Corrected an issue where certain payments were not appearing in the user History log.

  • Incident Report Duplications: Fixed an issue where the Incident report duplicated a person’s name and allowed excluded categories to appear.

  • Incident Editing Layout: Corrected a display bug that caused two duplicate search boxes to appear when editing Incident individuals.

  • Finance History Tags: Fixed the “Sent to Finance” tag to properly display in the History log following an appeal.
