Big things are coming to IncidentAdmin — and your setup stays exactly the same ![]()
We’re upgrading our incident management tools. Whether you’re a US institution with Clery Act reporting obligations or a client that just wants better incident intelligence — there’s something here for everyone. The best part? Everything is opt-in. Nothing changes unless you want it to.
What’s new!!
Location Types
Classify your locations into meaningful groups — on-campus, off-campus, student housing, public property, or whatever makes sense for your institution. Flexible and fully configurable.
Category Grouping
Group your existing incident categories under higher-level types for cleaner reporting and filtering. Your existing categories don’t change — you’re just adding a layer on top.
Richer Incident Detail
New optional fields on every incident: disposition status, public synopsis, reporting source, and a timely warning flag. Use what you need, ignore the rest.
Daily Crime Log Report
A chronological incident log filterable by location type and date range. Perfect for briefings, board reports, or regulatory submissions. CSV and PDF export built in.
Victim support tracking
A dedicated section within each incident to log support resources offered, referrals made, and follow-up contacts — all protected and separate from the public record.
Supplemental forms
Incident-type-specific data capture (e.g. Fire Stats, Hazing) that only appears when relevant. Your standard incident form is untouched — these appear on top, when needed.
We are building this with your existing workflows front of mind.
-
Every new field is optional — your incidents work exactly as they do today
-
Your locations, categories, and sub-categories are not modified
-
No historical data is touched or backfilled
-
Supplemental forms only appear when you select a relevant incident category
We will be building this over the next few months and it will roll out in phases. Stay tuned for more information as we develop these features.
